Cavity analysis of one tool with 4 nests
The CAT GmbH (Stuttgart) will be presenting the latest version of its CAQ system QS-1-2-3-4 to the interested public
at the FAKUMA 2023.

As a special highlight, this version offers a whole range of functions, which are important especially for plastics processors.
Among others:

The QS-1-2-3-4 mould management with the number of cavities per mould and the cavity designation as a prerequisite for the precise statistical evaluation of different moulds for the same article.

The tool life cycle to document all tool changes.

The inspection result recording for multi-nest tools with the possibility to open and close nests even during a production order while the production order is running and the feedback in sorted or unsorted sequence.

The nest-anonymous recording (without nest identification) for tools with a very high number of nests whereby only not ok nests have to be identified.

The nest analysis with the possibility to statistically analyse the entire tool and at the same time all nests.

The nest failure summary card for the evaluation of attributive tests with nest reference.

The initial sample report for multi-nest tools also in accordance with the current requirements of the automotive industry
(VDA 2020).

At our joint booth with our partners from the ERP environment (SWP-irma GmbH, Stuttgart) as well as from the MES environment
(bfa solutions, Fällanden/Switzerland) we will also show the integration of ERP, CAQ, BDE and MDE with a special focus on the plastics processing industry.
